I keep thinking I've seen it all, but I'm always wrong. Today was day three of my four day rental collection period for August. I collected another bunch of rents today. I also received an application from a potential tenant who arrived at the property with a big mouthful of bloody gauze. He had just come from the dentist after having NINE teeth pulled! I also showed my three bedroom house to another potential tenant who I found out was a convicted felon that just got out of prison. NO THANKS.
Tomorrow is the final day of rent collecting for this month. I'm sorry it's over, collecting rents is my favority part of the business! Gotta go! One of my tenants just called and she locked herself out of her house.
